1kg d’épaule d ‘agneau coupé en morceau
Une poignée d’amandes
Une quinzaine de pruneaux
2 cuillères à soupe de miel
Huile
Bouillon de légumes
Thym
1 cuillère à café de farine

Dans un bol, mélanger le miel, avec une cuillère à soupe d’huile et un demi verre d’eau chaude( pour que le miel fonde).tremper les morceaux d’agneau dans ce mélange et les faire revenir dans un faitout (en commençant à feu doux avec le couvercle , puis plus fort sans couvercle).A coté, diluer une cuillère à soupe de bouillon dans  le bol où il reste du miel mélangé a l’eau et à l’huile)une fois les morceaux bien dorés, ajouter le thym, les pruneaux, les amandes, le bouillon dilué et couvrez d’eau chaude. Laisser cuire à feu doux 45 min pour que l’eau réduise. Prélever un demi verre de jus et mélangez  avec la farine. Incorporez le tout au bouillon de cuisson et cuire a feu doux 5 minutes.
C’est prêt et très bon avec du riz.
